Holy Hugo

Lately my server has been spiking in CPU usage and crashing this site which was running on Wordpress. It just so happened that I happened to be watching some video where the host was saying something about using Hugo for his website and how much faster it was, not to mention not needing a database.

The straw that broke the camels back was when I went out one day to find my site completely unresponsive because of a database connection issue.

Suffice it to say, I started the conversion of my website and couldn’t be happier. You’re reading it there now.
