It just so happened that I happened to be watching some video where the host was saying something about using Hugo for his website and how much faster it was, not to mention not needing a database.</p> <p>The straw that broke the camels back was when I went out one day to find my site completely unresponsive because of a database connection issue.</p> <p>Suffice it to say, I started the conversion of my website and couldn&rsquo;t be happier. You&rsquo;re reading it there now.</p>
